Amy Racicot
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, Amy Racicot serves as a key advisor to the Board, president and leadership team, providing counsel in the financial and operational management of Give Kids The World Village.
This includes directing all financial functions and processes of the organization, including the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, audit, tax returns and analysis; and providing leadership and direction for all Village financial activities to best utilize the organization's resources. In addition to finance, Amy oversees human resources and the donor database management.
Amy began her career with the Orlando Magic before joining the nonprofit Amateur Athletic Union, where she spent 17 years as director of finance. She joined Give Kids The World as CFO in 2013. Her philanthropic endeavors include serving on the United Way audit committee from 2013-2016.
Amy earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.
